Perfecting Your Custom Order
At Kindled Soul Designs, we want you to be completely involved in the entire process of creating your product(s), so here are a few things that we think you should know!
Most, if not all, of the items in our shop can be custom ordered to match any color(s) and/or theme. Just ask!
Feel free to send us pictures of your theme, colors, invitation, dress, paper, patterns, or ideas and we can create that perfect match.
We are more than happy to send paper and/or color samples to your home at no charge to you (if time permits) or communicate these through email. Online images/colors may look slightly different than in person.
If you would like to completely customize your item, we will make a custom listing for you. Complete customizations may change the price of an item and will be discussed prior to any commitments being made.
Custom Orders are not returnable but can be edited if it does not come out as you envisioned it.
To Customize Birthday Banners:
Look at the color chart for each material (coming soon). If you do not see the color you are looking for, just ask.
During checkout, you will see a NOTE section. Please tell us:
- Flag Color
- Flag Style
- Twine or Ribbon Color
- Length Desired (if known)
- Theme
- Name to Add
- Any Other Personalization Needed
- The Date of Your Event
To Customize Wall Plaques:
During checkout, you will see a NOTE section. Please tell us:
- Desired Frame or Base
- Color of Frame or Base
- Cardstock/Paper Color or Pattern
- Lettering Color
- Wording
- Font Style
- Theme
- Any Other Personalization Needed
- Date Needed By
