Shipping & Policies

Hidden surprises are never fun! That's why when you shop with us, there won't be any!!!  If you have a question about any of our policies, please just ask.

Shipping:

All orders ship within 7-10 business days of ordering.  If rush shipping is needed, please contact us prior to ordering (additional shipping charges apply) and the Rush My Order listing must be added to your cart.

Orders ship via USPS First Class.  USPS Priority can be used upon request (additional shipping charges apply).

Shipping costs are not just the price you see on your shipping label, it includes the entire process of shipping your order.

Policies:

If you have a problem with an item and need a refund or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will try to fix the issue as soon as possible.  Shipping will not be refunded.  If a refund is decided upon, the item will need to be received by us within 7 days.  Refunds will be given at the time in which we receive the returned item(s).

Refunds/returns cannot be made on any custom orders, undeliverable addresses or incorrect addresses given. Custom orders however can be edited if needed and time permits.

If returned (due to changing your mind), the original shipping package must be unopened.  Please write "return to sender" on the unopened package and place it back in your mailbox or take it to the post office to not incur any return shipping charges. Once the package is received, we will refund your money.  Please allow time for processing.

If a specific item needs to be returned, it must be unopened.  Items may not be returned if they are opened unless in cases of exchange only. 

Products that are meant to be used with food and drink cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.

We are unable to do any items, custom or otherwise, that involve licensed or trademarked characters/teams etc. (e.g., Disney or NFL).  We have not requested rights from any other company and it is illegal to sell items that use their images or logos (other than in likeness) without their permission. 

Complete customizations may change the price of an item and will be discussed prior to any commitments being made.

All image designs, custom or otherwise, are the property of Kindled Soul Designs and can be use by us in any capacity after it is created.

If you do not make a NOTE, your item will be shipped as pictured.

Taxes will be charged on orders shipping to Washington.

Washington State requires that tax is charged on top of shipping costs. Example: Item ($20) + Shipping ($3) = Subtotal ($23) + Tax (8.9%) = Total ($25.05)
